Glaze Meadow #235

Good rental. Internet was very sporadic. Stove has some issues.

Many things did not work or broke during our stay. It felt like a bait and switch, especially, with a broken hot tub.

This is the second time we stayed at this house, and it's really nice. It's clean, in a good location, and has a hot tub. I really appreciate that they have kleenex everywhere- key during the winter months! And I also appreciate that they don't use smell detergent for the laundry :-). My only negative on the house is that the kitchen is a bit dated in that the drawers are all a little wonky and falling apart.

This property was extremely disappointing. The deck is old, dirty and desperately needs to be sealed and refinished. The outdoor furniture is basically unusable and should be replaced. It is all very old and dirty. Several chairs were broken. There were dead bugs in the window sills and some were found in one of the beds. A USED tampon was found underneath a bed. The table had dried on food stuck to it. The comforter on the queen bed had a large stain on one side. All the bedding was old and worn and should be replaced. The king bed was very very uncomfortable. We paid a premium price for this property and it was worth about half that price. The cabinets look like they're original and they don't function well. I asked for a partial refund but apparently there's no communication between the owner and property manager. We paid a Four Seasons price and got a Motel 6. Do not rent unless it's priced appropriately.

The home was a great choice for our group of middle-aged golfers. The location can't be beat for access to the Glaze Meadow course (just across the road). We had six, each in their own beds, with plenty of living and dining space. The house was clean and mostly felt contemporary. Bits here and there felt dated, but the furniture was in great shape. Hot tub was clean and private. The stove worked fine, but was dated. The pots and pans were plentiful but not so organized. There were too many of the same type. All in all, a nice find.

Overall a very good experience for our family. We had 7 people and GM 235 was just the right size for us. Location is across the street from Glaze Meadow Golf Shop which was very convenient for the golfers. We would stay here again.

We were delighted to stay here. The home has all of the comforts one would expect, and then some. Kitchen very well supplied, TV's throughout the home. Lots of towels and cleaning supplies. Excellent location.

The house was not very clean as our crawling baby had dirty knees and tops of her feet immediately upon arrival and we all wondered if the bed linen had been changed or just spritzed. For the amount of money, you shouldn't have to wonder. The furniture and cupboards are a bit worn, as is the paint. It's a nice house just needs a little TLC and a better house cleaner. An extra fridge in the garage would be great!

Though the house was in a great location and accommodated our 2 families very, the house was not clean when we arrived. You could literally draw your name in the dust under one of the couches. We needed to take the time to clean all of the surfaces (tables, book shelves, etc) which was not something we expected that we would need to do. I reached out to Black Butte Realty regarding what accommodation they would provide to us for the time we needed to take to clean the house and we never heard back from them. It's beyond ridiculous that we would have to pay a cleaning fee when the house wasn't clean when we arrived.

GM235 was larger and better than I anticipated. It fit our two small families, total of 7 ppl and 2 dogs, very well. The living areas were larger than they look in pics, house felt spacious. Living room furniture was great. Beds were all very comfy! And hot tub was clean. Thank you for a great stay!

The house was very clean and well maintained. Room for our whole family and very close to Glaze Meadow golf course Club House. We had a very nice stay at this location.

This house was perfect form our family stay. My kids loved having their own rooms to sleep in and grandma and grandpa were very comfortable there too. Great place and we had a great weekend.

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Wonderful cozy beautiful home!

Our trip to BBR was such a great experience! Little details like the doggie welcome baskets, a fully stocked kitchen and incredibly helpful staff made us feel welcome and right at home. The floorplan was great too, with multiple dining and living rooms. Glaze Meadow 235 was perfect for our group. We look forward to the next time.

Our family of adults, kids and dogs enjoyed our time at the home and appreciated the layout, back deck and location close to golf and pools.

Family of 5 stayed for Memorial Day Weekend. This house backs up to the Forest yet is right across the street from the Glaze Meadow Golf Course Clubhouse. Peaceful, Serene and Convenient. Excellent layout with a great deck. Loved it!

This is a graeat house for groups and those who like to cook! We stayed for one week and none of us wanted to leave. A lovely setting beautifully appointed, nicely modernized, with plenty of room to spread out. Very homey and comfortable with a clean well maintained spa. Jody made sure that everything was as described and responded promptly to all inquiries. We have been renting at BBR for 30 plus years. And this is one of our favorite houses.
