this was a comfortable and well-appointed home for our family of 7 adults to take part in a week's vacation. Everything was as described, a very positive experience!

Generally good. House was well-equipped for cooking and living. The only issue was bats in the outside walls of one bedroom. The management company acknowledged this was an ongoing problem that they have tried to address several times - unsuccessfully.
The house is walking distance to Paulina Springs, a tennis court and the Paulina Springs Pool, which is convenient.
Road noise on Hawks Beard was not an issue.

Black Butte Ranch is a beautiful place to vacation! The house had all the amenities and was more than comfortable for us! The microwave stopped working while we were there, but they were quick to respond by bringing us a small countertop one. We will rent again!

Our family of 8 which, included three teenage boys, enjoyed a week at the ranch packed with activities. The rental house suited us perfectly and was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Central air was a plus and the large patio table was appreciated. Easy access to Paulina pool and Big Meadow golf as well as the Heritage Trail. The visiting deer in the area was a plus. Would recommend this for families if stairs aren’t a problem and you don’t need more than two bathrooms.

Very well provisioned for cooking family meals. Enjoyed our time together despite the lack of snow.

We have been going to Black Butte since 1985 and consider it one of the best vacation spots we know of. This time was no different, the house was terrific for our family and the location was ideal. The grandkids had their own room and the loft was a a great place for them to play.

The configuration of 2 rooms upstairs and 2 downstairs each with a shared bathroom worked out well for mine and my brother's families. Large open living space with kitchen good for gathering. I especially appreciated the condition and cleanliness of the house. I would stay here again. Thank you.

Our family built this home in 1975 and owned it for 20 years. It was so fun for me and my siblings to return to the place where we made so many wonderful memories. We were impressed with the upgrades to the house, including an expanded, well-appointed kitchen and garage. The house is very cozy and comfortable. The location near Paulina Springs is magical, and easy to get to the lodge area or Glaze Meadow by biking, walking or driving. Thank you!

The house has too many stairs for 84 year olds. Also tough on parents of a 18month old. Nice house, but we won't come again.

A great stay in BBR again! The ranch is of course wonderful with lots of activities, and this house was really great too. The kitchen is updated and we really appreciated the sharp knives and spice supply. And there's a bonus loft for kids to play/watch TV.

We were pleased in many ways with the accomodation. Some crumbs and dust found at edges of living room couch and cobwebs in upstairs shower, but otherwise well taken care of, well appointed and way comfortable.

Cute house, kitchen and decks are newly redone and look great. Bathrooms are dated but functional. Lots of stairs, no toilet on main floor unfortunately. Bedrooms are a nice size, no master with bathroom. A garage door opener would be a nice touch so you don't have to run upstairs to get in, downstairs to garage and park your car inside.

The home was well stocked and very comfortable. We loved the back deck and enjoyed the layout. However it was dirty upon arrival! Cheerios in the living room, dirt corners, long black hairs all over the downstairs bathroom floor.

We stayed a week the last part of August. The home was in a great location, within walking distance to the Paulina Pool. It was a comfortable home with all the kitchen amenities. Perfect for two families with children.

We stayed two nights and had a great time. The place is great for families with children and is easy to get to. The kitchen includes every utensil, pot, glass, etc you would ever need. The bedrooms are located away from the main family room and kitchen so it's very quiet.

What a wonderful home! Updated, comfortable, cozy, well stocked. It was much bigger than I assumed from the photos. The 3rd floor has a small living room with a loft - my kids loved it and slept there every night!

We had a lovely relaxing time in GH 275. The house had a great fireplace, which was nice with the cold weather, and a good layout for the family. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

The house was clean and well laid out, there was plenty for our kids to do and it was in a fantastic location within the ranch, close to Paulina Pool and a short drive to the lodge and Robert's Pub. We will definitely come back.

I left a detailed review on the table with other rental papers on the day we left. I'm trying to remember what I said. I think the house was comfortably furnished, but with a few too many decorative items. Had trouble moving them in order to use the dining table. There was a broken (very wobbly) bar stool that needs repair too. There was a screw for it on the counter. A few tools might be a nice addition. Also, I think that I mentioned that for summer, the comforters are a bit heavy, and a lightweight blanket in each bedroom would be a nice option.

Wonderful home with all of the amenities. The grandchildren loved it and didn't want to leave. Black Butte is a tremendous place for family vacaation.

The home was well maintained, clean and the kitchen was incredibly well stocked. The location was very convenient and we loved our evening walks through Paulina Springs to the meadow. The house was well laid out, plenty of room for our family of three plus two sets of grandparents. The loft was a big hit with my daughter.

Great house! Perfect for our trip with friends! Close to the trails, clean, well furnished with all the kitchen utensils we needed. We would love to book it again.

Had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. The unit is very comfortable, updated and well stocked in the kitchen. Excellent service from the property manager who had her husband deliver a load of firewood on the day before Thanksgiving when it looked like we weren't going to find anywhere else. The upstairs teepee room would be perfect for small children. Great location. Would recommend to anyone considering BB stay. Will definitely stay here again

This home was furnished beautifully. The kitchen was a good one in which to cook and gather. We had a terrific time with grandchildren. The location is just blocks from Paulina Pool, a spring and the walkway across the Meadow.

The home provided a warm and inviting feel. Great decor, kitchen and layout. Would rent again. Only wish was utilizing the loft area to sleep additional family for a future visit. Max occupancy is 8, would love to see it bumped up to 10.
