Golf Home #115

Check in was smooth and easy. The home was beautiful and very very clean!!!! The kitchen was full of dishes and pots and pans and even some basics like spices and sugar. There were plenty of towels and extra things like pillows and pillow cases. It was a great place to stay and all the different things to do just made it that much more fun!

Our party of 9, enjoyed the home. The Birthday girl was sick and couldn't come. That was disappointing!
We like to cook and the kitchen was perfect for baking pie and 1 to 3 course meals.
Location great!
The home is a gorgeous cabin, therefore a bit dark with the wood, but cozy feel, skylights during the day keep things light and bright.
The furnishings are of nice quality and comfortable. We enjoyed the round game table too.

We appreciate a home that accommodates our pets, it's always sad to have to leave 1 behind, with a 2 dog maximum.

We loved this home and its accommodations. It worked for us to share with my parents and our 2 adult children with plenty of room to spare. Watching the deer come and go daily was a bonus. The location can't be beat for access to golf, dining and Sisters.

We've stayed in this home many times, and it never disappoints. We appreciate the well-stocked kitchen, the laundry room, the extra fridge in the garage, and the bikes, not to mention the towels, the games/puzzles, and double ovens. 5/5 stars!

My whole family has stayed at GH 115 many times over the years, and we have fun experience each time. The house has everything that you need to enjoy Black Butte Ranch. Watching the golfers come through from the deck onto the 18th tee is special for me. The owners always do some updates in the off season, as they really take care of the home. We also notice those things since we know the home well. I can't say enough good things about this property!

Wonderful property! Gorgeous updates, very comfortable, every detail covered. Plenty of room for all to do their own thing. Great bunk room for the kids and the kitchen is amazing. Perfect location! We loved it.

Lovely fully equipped home! Very comfortable for our party of eight. Making dinner was a joy in the large beautiful kitchen. Every couple had their own bathroom which is a pluse.

Golf Home 115 is our favorite place to go for a family vacation in July. This home has everything you need to have a fantastic experience at one of the best resorts on the "planet." We have stayed here many times, and we enjoy our stay each time we come. The Ranch's motto is "there is a place," and this home is just that!!

We have stayed at GH 115 over many summers now with our whole family. It has everything that you would ever need while vacationing at Black Butte Ranch. The setting is on the 18th tee of the Big Meadow golf course, and it is in close proximity to all that the Ranch has to offer!! There is no better place to stay than this home!!

Spacious, clean, and beautifully remodeled, this is one of the best homes we've rented in 20 years of BBR summer vacations. The home is located in a peaceful setting near the 18th tee but is still near the Big Meadow gate, allowing for quick access to Hwy. 20. The kitchen is amazing and the dining seating easily accomodated our family of 9, both indoors and out. Our only suggestion would be to add a second dishwasher. We appreciated the family photos, which made the house feel more like a home than a rental. We look forward to staying here again!

This home is nicely situated overlooking the 18th tee through a grove of pine and quaking aspen trees. The deck is large and has many chairs and a couple of tables, plus a barbecue. The interior of the home is very well appointed. Our family enjoyed this amazing home at one of our favorite locations, Black Butte Ranch.

The home is beautiful, spacious, and in a great location. The kitchen is great for cooking for a larger group. The main room is set up for 4-5 people.

We love this house! It’s roomy with lots of great amenities. We had a fire going all day and watched Christmas movies. Lots of games for little ones. It’s also the best stocked kitchen for a rental.

Fantastic time. Love the house with all the space. We can play games together, cook meals together or break off and watch separate movies! Win win.
We were able to take advantage of bike riding and some hot tub visits. We will be back. Eager to stay in the summer being that close to golf.

Nice big areas for a group. The kitchen had plenty of room for multiple people working. The deck was nice too - we watched many players teeing off.

wonder full. Been staying here for past 20 or so years and each year is nearly perfect. The remodel of a few years ago moved the house from a 4+ star to a solid 5 star.

We had a great stay at Black Butte this past weekend. It’s our third time at GH115 and the property is just the right size for us with a lovely location on the golf course. The home is stocked with everything anyone could need! There were just a few items that need a little TLC.

We stayed for 4 nights for a ski vacation with our kids. Had a great time. Cooked in the wonderful, fully stocked chef’s kitchen.

We visited for thanksgiving weekend. It was a blast. House has tons of space so we could be together or all in our own rooms. Kitchen is amazing. Extra bowls or pans or even mixers! Limited space to place your dry food goods, but we managed. It’s worth it for the view of the 18 and easy access to paths.

We had a fabulous long weekend getaway. The fresh snow made it magical and the kids got a lot of time playing outside while the adults hung out inside by the fire. The management company was great at working with our schedule as we had originally booked a time during the wildfires and were not able to make it over. The only bummer was the wifi not working even despite trying all of the troubleshooting tips and calling the provider directly, but I'm sure that's easily fixable.

We have rented dozens of homes at Black Butte over the years and this was definitely a favorite. We loved the location closer to the lodge and Big Meadow Golf. The new putting course was a fun addition to all the usual biking, swimmming, golfing, and hiking we do at Black Butte. The house is beautifully remodeled with a great kitchen, super comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. We will be looking to rent this home again soon!

This was the first time staying at #115 but it won't be the last! It is a wonderful home.

Black Butte Ranch is special place. You may be as active or as restful to experience BBR's beauty and activities. We golfed, played MahJong, dined and walked. This home is terrific, well stocked and in a perfect and convenient location. We had to leave a day early and were provided an appropriate adjustment from management. Everything went very smoothly.

Our family has certainly enjoyed our retreats at this home as it has everything that one would want or need to enjoy Central Oregon at its finest. It is quiet and private, yet on the 18th tee box and sits amongst the beautiful Aspen trees. It is close to all of the amenities that the Ranch has to offer....golfing, swimming, bike riding, walking and even eating at Robert's Pub or the new Lodge Bistro. We love this home and the Ranch!! Howell's Realty Group does a great job of taking care of their properties too.

Wonderful! I did not realize we had stayed in this house before! My grandson found the page I had written in the journal for visitors! My grandchildren were 11 and 9 at that time. They are now 19 and 17. They must have remodeled as we did not recognize it. My daughter-in-law thought we had, but she was the only one. It is a great house, stocked so well with everything. Looked like new appliances. Bathrooms are really beautiful. Deck is private and really large All the bedrooms are so comfortable. Great to have a bath for each one. And great to have 2 washers and dryers! We think it is the best we have rented. Our vacation couldnt have been improved! Thanks to Howells and to people who were so gracious to share their home!

Was a beautiful home. The location is great. Located on the 18th hole of the Big Meadows Golf course. Location was quiet, but was the weekend before Memorial Day and I'm sure it picks up in the summer

1980 best equipped house we have stayed in.

This house was really beautiful. It had everything you could possibly need, especially in the well equipped kitchen. Everything was sparkling clean and fresh. The beds were comfy, as was the sitting area, and the rocker chairs on the deck. The location was perfect, a short walk or ride to the lodge pool and bistro or Big Meadow pub. Our stay was every relaxing and enjoyable.

Over the top in terms of amenities and gracious entertaining areas for 2 large families.
