Decks provide jaw-dropping vistas of the 14th Fairway and Three Fingered Jack. This home has Lodge décor including aged pine hardwood floors, a country kitchen with brick accents, lofty ceilings, a large wood burning fireplace and indoor sauna. Enormous decks offer outdoor dining, sunbathing and golf course views.

BASEMENT FLOOR | Well-lit comfy basement area has bunks, one is a double, the other a twin. There's also a hide-a-bed. There's a 3/4 bathroom with no tub.
MAIN FLOOR | This home has a spacious dining area, leading to either the kitchen or living area. The large kitchen has a huge wood burning fireplace, leather couch, game table and bar. There's a cook-top island and indoor grill all with views of the forest. The dining table is conveniently located for easy serving. There is 1 king bedroom on the main floor with a 3/4 bathroom (no tub) in the hallway. The family room has a large LED television, hide-a-bed couch and pull-out twin size ottoman, bathroom with shower, laundry room has full sized washer and dryer, a bunk room with double and twin bunks and a sauna.
SECOND FLOOR | Spacious king bedroom with its own bathroom and a 2nd wood burning fireplace. This bedroom has a twin-size hide-a-bed for an extra person.
INTERNET & TV | All of our homes provide Wi-Fi Internet and Cable or Streaming services. You will be provided with the Wi-Fi Network and Password upon arrival.
PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway or designated lot.
BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can explore the 23.4 miles of bike paths by renting a bicycle at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop.
LENGTH OF STAY | Our properties require a minimum stay of 3-nights in the slower season and 6-nights in the peak season. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.
VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.
SECURITY DEPOSIT | A security deposit is needed for each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 10 - 14 business days of your departure.
BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities. You no longer need to pay a daily access fee for each member in your party.
CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel at the last minute, you will have the choice to transfer your payments to an alternate booking in the same house during the same calendar year. If you made your reservation with a third-party booking agent, you may have a separate Cancellation policy with that agent.
PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four days prior to your arrival date you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.

Overall a great stay at this house for our week long vacation at Black Butte ranch. Loved the house which had an amazing view of hole #14 and Three Fingered Jack. House was very clean and comfortable for our group. Only suggested improvements would be to replace mattresses and bath towels. Both have seen better days.

This is the third time we've rented this home and have been extremely happy on each occasion. Master bath recently remodeled which is a huge improvement. I can think of very few other homes in BBR that have the serenity and view that this home provides.

Awesome...........love the house..view and location are great.
I have one complaint. I am 6 feet tall and banged my head on the kitchen hood twice. Looks like someone put some rubber bumpers up once, but they have mostly fallen off. You need to fix before someone hurts themselves seriously.
Also refrigerator freezes food even when turned all the way down.

This house has a fabulous deck, is nicely equipped. But it is quite dated and could use refurbishing. It is also very dark, including shades over sunlights. That is probably welcome in the heat of summer, but feels closed in for other seasons.

GH 253 was absolutely perfect for our small family getaway. So comfortable and accommodating and the location and view were exactly what we were searching for in a BBR rental. My husband and I were married 30 years ago on the tee of Big Meadow #14. To be able to look down at that tee and further into the horizon was heaven. We will definitely be back next Sept to celebrate our 31st!

Black Butte Ranch is one of our favorite vacation destinations! We've been coming here almost every summer for 40 years.
Fortunately, the Ranch has recently made major updates to its facilities, including the lodge pool, Glaze Meadow pool, and the Glaze Meadow golf course.
Unfortunately, many homeowners have not update their properties, even though they were built in the 1970's. GH253 is pretty well maintained, but it needs some serious updates. Plus, it needs to be better cleaned. We washed the sheets after our first night, but they did not seem to be clean.

We absolutely loved staying in this house! It is a beautiful rental home and The view is spectacular! The location is great because you’re pretty equadistant from the main entrance and Glaze Meadow Rec Center.

Two issues we were not prepared for were that there was virtually no common cooking supplies (oil, salt, flour, sugar) and general kitchen items such as foil, Saran wrap, Tupperware, sufficient wine glasses. The internet also did not work during our stay. Other than that- great location, and cozy

Great location, best at B.B. clean when arrived . Upstairs master bath has problems: ants, no shower (hand held wand in tub gets water everywhere ; had to use main floor shower on main floor). Looks like signs of termites in top floor bath. Toilet doesn’ Flush well. Keurig in kitchen doesn’t work.
