This spacious (4,401 sf) well-crafted home has a large outdoor patio, with gas BBQ, to enjoy the views of the 5th fairway, morning, noon and night.
Inside is light and bright with high wood ceilings, featuring wood and tile flooring. The entry leads you to an open, amply supplied kitchen with state-of-the-art refrigerator, brushed nickel appliances and large countertop areas for making family meals. There's dining for 12 just off the kitchen with views of the koi pond.
A few stairs up from the kitchen will lead you to a king size bedroom with its own full bathroom.
A few stairs down from the kitchen will lead you downstairs to 1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 bedroom with a queen bed. The 2 bedrooms share a full bath.
A few steps down from the kitchen take you to the living area with the 5th fairway views and 2 living room spaces with couches for relaxing in front of the gorgeous brick fireplace or watching tv. Enjoy the recently added Smart TV's w/ Netflix and surround sound. Strong wi-fi connection throughout the home for all your internet needs. A slider door leads you outside to a deck with furniture and a fireplace to enjoy the fairway views.
Off the living room is an open game room with a ping pong table, large TV and a small sized putting green. Down the hall from the game room, there's a 1/2 bathroom, and directly past that is another room with 4 twin beds. Farther down the hallway the primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with its own cozy fireplace. It also has a wonderful full bath with a jetted tub.
This home has two sets of washers & dryers and air conditioning!

BOOKING NOTES | LENGTH OF STAY | Most of our properties require a minimum stay of 3 nights in the slow season and 6 nights in the Prime season. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please call us.

We really enjoyed our stay in 91a. We love the location and deck facing the 5th green. The sprawling layout of the house is quite unusual but it worked very well for our multi-generation family gathering.

Our extended family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fun home. The layout was perfect, allowing each of our three families to have their own separate space (though it should be noted that the spacious upstairs bedroom has internal 'windows' that open up to the living room below; that, along with not having a bedroom door, made this room a little more noisy). The kitchen was really well stocked, but could use an updated set of some of the essentials (namely pots and pans). All bedrooms seemed to have new mattresses that were very comfortable. And two of the home's bathrooms have been beautifully updated. We loved the location on the golf course and a short, flat bike ride to the lodge pool and Big Meadow to see the horses. Of all the locations we've stayed in Black Butte, this was one of our favorites.

We had a great week at this house. Lots of room for a large family and the kitchen has plenty of space to store groceries and lots of equipment in good order. We enjoyed the location on hole #5. Close to playground, pool and lodge.

We had three groups of people stay here. Two families with kids ranging image from 8, 10, 13 and 14 and a single fellow. All ten of us fit very comfortably and there easily could have been room for a couple more kids or adults willing to share the kids bedroom as they were very comfortable looking twin beds. The house had everything you could possibly need to make your own food or even toast in the new year in style! The management company was quick and kind to respond to any questions we had. If you want to have a small family or friend reunion, I highly recommend this place. It’s so close to hoodoo ski resort that the trip up and back is a breeze.
