This 4-bedroom 3 bath home sleeps 10 (12 if you count queen pull out in tv room) and showcases an amazing collection of Pendleton Roundup collectables. A beautiful private lawn area is rare on the Ranch. The grass covered area is the backdrop for the relaxing hot tub just off the primary bedroom. Conveniently located within walking distance to the Paulina Pool & Tennis Center. The paved Heritage Trail will also take you quickly to Beaver Pond and Fawn Lake. So many happy trails! Big Meadow golf course is just across the open space from this lovely home.

MAIN FLOOR | On the main floor, the living and entertainment area has an indoor/outdoor feel. The expansive living room has a rock fireplace, connects with the dining area, and an adjoining TV room. The dining table seats 10, the kitchen bar seats 2. There's seating for 2 more in the kitchen nook. Outdoor deck has lounge chairs, a conversation area, and an umbrellaed patio table. All areas flow naturally down to the huge grass yard. The primary bedroom/bath on the main floor adjoins the hot tub via patio doors.
SECOND FLOOR | Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (1-queen, 2-twins, and a bunkroom with 4-twins). You will also find a private balcony, with 2 lounge chairs, overlooking the backyard to enjoy the morning sunshine in complete privacy. A large full bathroom with double sinks is positioned centrally between the 3 bedrooms.
INTERNET & TV | All of our homes provide Wi-Fi Internet and Cable or Streaming services. You will be provided with the Wi-Fi Network and Password upon arrival.
PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway or designated lot.
BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can explore the 23.4 miles of bike paths by renting a bicycle at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop.
LENGTH OF STAY | Our properties require a minimum stay of 3-nights in the slower season and 6-nights in the peak season. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.
VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.
SECURITY DEPOSIT | A security deposit is needed for each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 10 - 14 business days of your departure.
BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities. You no longer need to pay a daily access fee for each member in your party.
CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel at the last minute, you will have the choice to transfer your payments to an alternate booking in the same house during the same calendar year. If you made your reservation with a third-party booking agent, you may have a separate Cancellation policy with that agent.
PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four days prior to your arrival date you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.

Just spent a week at GH 219... We've been coming to Black Butte for 20 years, this house is right at the top of our list of favorites! Great location, good layout for multi generational families. Our grandkids loved having a back yard, and the back deck was perfect for family dinners. Good location, convenient to many amenities. We hope to return !

Golf Home 219 is a wonderful property! It is in very good condition, located close to key ranch attractions, very clean, and the management company is professional and easy to work with. We had a great time and hope to stay there again. The only improvements we’d like to see are central air conditioning (the room air conditioners are clunky and barely keep it cool enough), improved yard maintenance (it has a nice lawn and a couple hours of weeding and trimming around the shrubs would make a big difference), the water heater should be checked (it seemed to rub]n out of hot water too quickly), and less personal items.

We loved this rental home - it was perfect for our family group of 9. So many homey touches and comfy gathering spaces. The Ranch offers so many options for all ages. We would love to stay again and recommend it highly.

Home was spotless and well-maintained, offering every amenity you could need. Separation of space was wonderful, enabling each family to have its own 'area'. Location was perfect and the back yard was especially nice and we would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the deck and the seclusion!

Arriving to the home with the lights already on to greet us was a good omen for our stay. The first thing we noticed was that everything was spotless and well-maintained.
Many guests look for the open-concept style of home, but we appreciated the separation of space offered by this one, with the upstairs sounds not flowing back downstairs. Having a separate tv room with doors that could be closed was terrific for those who wanted to watch a movie without distraction from others. The upstairs bedroom with the four twin beds was ideal for the 9-year old boys who practically lived in that room and loved having their own space they could play in without disturbing the people downstairs.
The house gifted us with more amenities than listed; we lacked for nothing which was very appreciated. I'm used to having to bring my own tissues and was simply surprised that even those were found around the home! The kitchen appliances are top-notch!
We were given permission to bring a family dog and the back yard was perfect for her, as well as for the younger kids to play in the snow while we could observe them from inside.
Our host was very responsive and amenable to our few requests. My daughter is already thinking about booking this home for a 'mom's weekend' as it is simply set up so well and the setting is perfect! We'd come back here again, most certainly!

Great yard and comfortable bed rooms with lots of space for kids. The house felt a bit cluttered with knick knacks and not completely rental ready. The hot tub was cleaned but not turned on, so we lost a night of soaking while it warmed up.
There is a loose and exposed electrical outlet in main bedroom at baby level. I also did not see any carbon monoxide alarms in the house, so really need to address these basic safety issues.
Ten ladies and, with all the twin beds upstairs, there was a bed for everyone. The hot tub was great and the family room was large enough for all of us to gather and play games. Plenty of kitchen items for our breakfast and dinner cooking. Three bathrooms was a bit of a stretch for ten ladies but it worked!
