GH#94 is a true Golfer's Delight! This home is a spacious 2,065 square feet with sweeping views of Big Meadow's 6th fairway from both the family room and living areas.
The lovely entry opens to a light and bright modern kitchen on the right, or enter the living area with its cozy furniture, fireplace and views of the golf course. The kitchen is spacious and has all the conveniences of home, including updated appliances and lots of counter space and even a panty for your food items while you're in residence.
An ample dining area with a view and family room are directly off the kitchen. The dining table will seat 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The family room has a shared fireplace with the living area.
There is a 1/2 bath off of the dining room and a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer. A large garage will hold all your bikes and golf equipment.
Off the dining area, the 2nd floor takes you to a loft with 2 twin beds, plus an adjacent loft bedroom with 2 full beds. You have lots of privacy with the large barn doors that close at night to block noise from below.
Head back downstairs to the south wing of the home and you will find a large primary suite with a large bath featuring a jetted tub and over-sized separate shower. Adjacent to the primary bedroom is a 2nd bedroom with twins and 1 bedroom with a queen. There is a bath in the hallway that they share.
Wireless Internet, air conditioning, private hot tub, and a deck the entire length of the house are other features of this amazing vacation rental. Plus, it's just a short walk or bike ride to the Lodge Recreation area. Your family will feel right at home in GH#94 and want to return year after year. This condo welcomes your dog.

BOOKING NOTES | LENGTH OF STAY | Our properties require a minimum stay of 3 nights in the slow season and 6 nights in the Prime season. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.

This fee is calculated as a percentage of the nightly Rental rate and is included in your payments to Black Butte Realty Group. We came here for a wedding and this condo was perfect. It was clean, on the golf course and we had great weather so a definite plus! We had a rental car and they have a parking lot right in front of the buildings so very convenient. Loved the view of the mountains from the bedroom window and kitchen deck. We would stay here again for sure. Bringing our daughter and son-in-law next time we come. They would love it!

Location is great - very quiet, right on the golf course. House is much bigger than expected with enough room for everyone to have their own space. Kitchen is well stocked. Furnishings are dated, but felt clean overall. Hot tub is new and very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay at Golf Home 094. It offered more space than we anticipated and it was in a quiet area. The loft offered room for our older kids to have their own space. We appreciated all of the game options as we played many of them. And the big kitchen/dining area was great for family meals.

Nice home, very well equipped and clean. However it is in need of updating and due to the fact that it is already dark that didn’t help. They left kindling for one fire but wouldn’t have been able to make anymore fires without purchasing kindling.

We stayed at GH94 for three days in late March to ski and play around Sisters, OR. The house was great - large, clean, and entirely as advertised. The house can accommodate a large group, with beds for 10. The loft (which sleeps 4) seems best designed for teens and younger, given the smaller beds. The kitchen has everything a person needs to make adventurous meals - nothing is missing. Our only (brief) challenge was getting the hot tub up to temperature - a quick phone call got us the info we needed. We would definitely return if we were looking for a place to stay in the Black Butte/Sisters area.

We had another great. Vacation at Black Buttte while staying at Golf Home #094. The house was clean and in great shape. This 4 bedroom home fits our families needs perfectly and the location close to the golf course works well for all of us. The only minor inconvience we had was the DVD in the family room was not working but we were able to bring the one from upstairs down to replace it. We would definitely stay here again.

Home was advertised for sleeps 12 and perfect for golf outing. However most golfers are guys and there were only 8 beds and 12 golfers who did not want to share beds.
Your property manager was very helpful and got us all settled in for the week. Our many thanks to her. She went above and beyond to make our stay great!!
