Golf Course Condo #092 is a unique condominium located next to the 18th hole of the Big Meadow golf course. On the spacious deck, look across the impeccably manicured course to Big Meadow Clubhouse and Roberts Pub. Black Butte looms to the north and the view of Mt. Jefferson is incredible. Inside this impressive 1703 sq. ft. condo you’ll find a well-furnished living room opening to the deck with ample bench seating and outdoor tables for summer dining, space for relaxing, sunbathing or watching the golfers on their final hole. The condominium is surrounded by grassy areas for running and playing for dogs and kids and kids at heart. Robert's Pub restaurant and bar are just a short walk away. The restaurant serves fabulous pub food with indoor and outdoor dining. Learn more about Big Meadow's golf course architect Robert Muir Graves in the foyer.

MAIN FLOOR | The open floor plan is ideal for vacationing groups to mingle and mix while prepping meals, gaming and catching up with friends and family. The ground floor has a queen bedroom with a private sink area, and a second bedroom with twin beds, that share a bathroom.
SECOND FLOOR | Upstairs, there's two bedrooms--one extra-large king bedroom with a futon, the other with a queen bed with its own full bath. There are 2 full bathrooms on the second floor.
INTERNET & TV | All of our homes provide Wi-Fi Internet and Cable or Streaming services. You will be provided with the Wi-Fi Network and Password upon arrival.
PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway or designated lot. There is plenty of parking in a large lot that is available to all guests staying in a Golf Condo.
BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can explore the 23.4 miles of bike paths by renting a bicycle at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop.
LENGTH OF STAY | Our properties require a minimum stay of 3-nights in the slower season and 6-nights in the peak season. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.
VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.
SECURITY DEPOSIT | A security deposit is needed for each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 10 - 14 business days of your departure.
BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities. You no longer need to pay a daily access fee for each member in your party.
CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel at the last minute, you will have the choice to transfer your payments to an alternate booking in the same house during the same calendar year. If you made your reservation with a third-party booking agent, you may have a separate Cancellation policy with that agent.
PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four days prior to your arrival date you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.

The house was perfect! Very comfortable and well appointed, especially the kitchen. And it was spotless. We loved the location and the view. Upon arrival, the house was warm and the fireplace was ready to be lit. A welcoming touch. A great fall/winter getaway spot.

The unit was nice with a beautiful view. The unit is a little tired and could use some updating.
The resort is beautiful but the golf course was one of the worst courses I have played as far as the conditions of the course ( Big Meadow ).

We really enjoyed staying here with our family for a cozy weekend this winter! The location was great, walking distance to Roberta Pub and the trailhead. It was pretty snowy so we enjoyed the nice views, made lots of fires in the fireplace and played games! We would definitely come back and think it would be a great place in the summer to stay as well!

Perfect place for a golf, or any kind of getaway! We were able to watch golfers play their approach shots on the 18th fairway of the Big Meadow course, take a 5 minute walk to the Big Meadow pro shop and/or Roberts Pub, and enjoy the view of Black Butte and the surrounding area.
The condo is also just 15 minute drive to the Glaze Meadow course.
All 4 bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The living room area was also very clean and comfortable and was a great place to relive the day's activities.
An added bonus was to be in a standalone/end condo with no neighbors to worry about. All pictures are an accurate representation of the unit.
We will be back next year for our annual golf outing, and reserve this unit!

We had such a perfect, much needed, pandemic getaway in this condo. We have been blessed to stay at BBR many times, but this unit stands out as very comfy and welcoming. Everything one could need to relax, cook and play games was provided in this home. It is in a great place for long walks too. We will be back!

We wanted to get away in the winter, a place not too far but access to hikes, amenities, and to still have the comforts. This home fit the 4 of us and dog perfectly. 4 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. Open floor plan with cozy seating and large fireplace with plenty of firewood. Great location and views on the golf course.
This was our second time staying here and it was just as nice as we remembered it. The unit is very comfortable, clean and tidy and well supplied. The 4 bedrooms are a nice feature. Its location can't be beat with an amazing view and easy access to the meadow, bike trails and to Robert's pub. The management team was helpful and responsive which was great on the cold night that we accidentally locked ourselves out! We look forward to returning.
