Golf Course Condo #87 takes full advantage of the gorgeous views of the 10th Fairway plus all three Sisters Mountains and Broken Top. The condo is a spacious 1,332 square feet. There's large Trex decking where the sunny views are stunning and perfect for soaking up the sun. Have evening BBQs with family or just relax with friends. This fabulous vacation spot checks all the boxes for golfers, outdoor enthusiasts and shoppers in downtown Sisters, or a bit farther in Bend or Redmond. Enjoy epic play at nearby Big Meadow Golf Course or delicious food at Roberts Pub. There are biking and walking paths nearby. Just past the Pub is a recreation area with an array of activities including the family-friendly putting course. It's a short walk to the Lakeside Bistro and new Lodge Pool, Recreation building and playground. Cool down after summer fun in this air-conditioned comfy condo.

MAIN FLOOR | The main floor has an open living area, dining room and kitchen. A king bedroom is to the right as you enter the condo, with a full bath plus a stackable washer and dryer. All rooms are light and bright and have stunning golf and mountain views.
SECOND FLOOR | Upstairs is a twin bedroom with full bath, and to the right is a second king bedroom plus a 3rd full bathroom. There's also a futon in the loft area.
INTERNET & TV | All of our homes provide Wi-Fi Internet and Cable or Streaming services. You will be provided with the Wi-Fi Network and Password upon arrival.
PARKING | All guests must park their vehicles in the driveway or designated lot. There is plenty of parking in a large lot that is available to all guests staying in a Golf Condo.
BICYCLES | We do not guarantee the use of bicycles with the rental of our homes, but you can explore the 23.4 miles of bike paths by renting a bicycle at the Glaze Meadow Recreational Center's Bike Shop.
LENGTH OF STAY | Our properties require a minimum stay of 3-nights in the slower season and 6-nights in the peak season. If you wish to check availability outside of those perimeters, or are having difficulty booking on-line, please contact us.
VRBO | If you book with VRBO, your Reservation is confirmed with VRBO and transferred to Black Butte Realty Group. All VRBO bookings are subject to VRBO fees in addition to our set fees.
SECURITY DEPOSIT | A security deposit is needed for each reservation. If there is not any damage determined at our closing inspection, 100% of your Security Deposit will be returned within 10 - 14 business days of your departure.
BBR RESORT ACCESS | All guest vehicles must be registered at the Black Butte Ranch Welcome Center upon arrival. Your Access Fee to all the Black Butte Ranch amenities will be included in your Reservation charges and is based on a percentage of your nightly Rental rate. This fee allows all parties in your group to access all Black Butte Ranch amenities. You no longer need to pay a daily access fee for each member in your party.
CANCELLATION POLICY | Cancellation Requests received in writing at least 30 days prior to your arrival date will be refunded 100%. Requests received less than 30 days before the arrival date are not eligible for a refund. If you need to cancel at the last minute, you will have the choice to transfer your payments to an alternate booking in the same house during the same calendar year. If you made your reservation with a third-party booking agent, you may have a separate Cancellation policy with that agent.
PROPERTY ADDRESS | KEY ACCESS | Four days prior to your arrival date you will receive the property's physical address and the code to retrieve the door key from the lock box.

My family and two little dogs were very pleased with #87. The condo was clean, well stocked and attractive and had 3 bathrooms! Could not have been happier. The location was ideal and we enjoyed trail walks and, Lodge dining and Robert's Pub. Kendra at Black Butte Realty was extremely helpful.

A truly enjoyable experience. The house easily slept our party of four. Amenities were simple and the house was well maintained. Our favorite parts were waking up to an incredible view of the mountains beyond the 10th fairway, the big porch, and the wood-burning fireplace. The shed for the condos came fully stocked with firewood, which was a nice bonus.

This was our first time at Black Butte (and in west-of-Mount-Hood Oregon) and we had a wonderful time. Kudos to the staff most importantly that we interacted with, from the check-in to the pool staff to the golf course personnel to the servers at the Bistro. They were professional, helpful, and kind in each interaction. While the condo we reserved was a bit dated and had some minor upkeep questions, we still enjoyed our time as we were outdoors 90% of the time. Thanks for a great week and a wonderful set of memories that were created.

We love Black Butte. I have stayed in this unit several times and I was happy to see that the current owners have upgraded it with new carpeting and an overall refreshed look. It is probably too small for five adults, which we were on this trip. But two couples or a couple with a few children would be very happy here.

Our family of four and two dogs had a lovely stay at this Black Butte condo (more of a townhouse). Very spacious bedrooms, comfy beds, and bathrooms stocked with plenty of towels. Gorgeous morning views of the mountains. Short walk to Roberts Pub. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, with easy access to the lodge, Robert’s and bike paths! Spacious enough for two families with kids. Was wonderful to have our dog as well! Comfy furniture and cozy new carpet!! De-icer granules would be great as the deck and porch steps were wicked slippery. The house could use a deep clean (grime, bugs, cob webs and mouse poo) but overall we had a great stay and will definitely book again!

Loved the location, but Housekeeping failed to inform management that the condo was missing an iron, patio chair, patio umbrella, and dishwashing and detergent tablets. Several shades did not work, and there were many large spots on the main rug. All these items were taken care of by management in a timely fashion.
Even though it was necessary to call them about 5 times, as missing items were discovered, they always responded. We would stay there again.

Thank you for your response, Charlie. The patio chair has been replaced, in fact, the owner ordered all new deck chairs. It is so rare that an iron is requested, probably many of our homes don't provide them any more. There was a staffing issue and we had a couple of weeks when we came up short in the products department. I apologize for the inconvenience. You were very kind when you called the office. Thank you. The shades are brand new--within two months old. We have had the installers out already--very frustrating. The carpeting was also replaced in the Winter. Renters and dogs do a number on carpets! Our housekeeping department tries to keep up with it and we have a great carpet guy, but it is not logical to have the carpets cleaned before every renter. Thank you again for the comments.

This is an older condo, but very clean. It is right on the golf course with beautiful views of the mountains. It is close to the lodge and Hwy 20. If you are a family that needs TV's in every room and Netflix, Hulu, video games, this is not the condo for you. That is part of what I loved about it.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location is great, with the view of the golf course and walking distance from the pub and nature trails. Plenty of room for a family to spread out. Clean property, maintenance was responsive. The only complaint was the carpet downstairs which was absolutely nasty. But with it being pet friendly property it was to be expected. It could use a good shampooing followed by steam cleaning, or better yet replacement with some laminate. The rest of the property is great and we would love to come back again.

My family has stayed and enjoyed the Ranch since I was a child. My kids love biking and all BBR adventures. This condo fit a family of 5 comfortably. Small living space, but who needs to be inside when you have the outdoors to explore!! Hard to beat this location on the ranch.

Walking distance to Roberts Pub, and biking distance to everything else. Plenty of room for kids upstairs and bedroom on main for my husband and I.
Small kitchen and living room were sufficient for our needs, and everything was in working order. Nice deck for BBQ-ing too!
BBR is a favorite of ours in the Fall. The place was nice and our stay pleasant.
