We really enjoyed out stay. Cannot beat the view.

This place was perfect for spending time with my sister and her husband visiting from Colorado. The view is magnificent, the accommodations are very comfortable, clean, and well stocked for cooking. The solarium windows allow for maximum enjoyment of the view. We enjoyed playing games at the table in the downstairs solarium and took advantage of the recreation centers. We're particularly grateful that we could have our 16 yr. old dog with us. She rested comfortably in front of the fireplace and enjoyed walks along the lakefront.

Condo is wonderful. It is a highlight of our summer!

Very enjoyable

A beautiful location on the lake where we saw eagles, geese, ducks, and a river otter. Our dog enjoyed romping in the snow and the long walks on the paths. We extended our stay by a day and it was very easy to do and gave us another day of relaxation.
The only concern we had is the dining room was very dark, there's no overhead lighting and while in the summer the double height windows offer ample light, in the winter it's way too dark. We have to bring in additional lamps from the living room to see our dinners.

We loved it. We love Black Butte Ranch and our cabin had the perfect view. It’s a dated but clean cabin. My only complaint is there were no toiletries, no shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc as I would expect this from BBR or any other home/hotel holiday stay

Beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the view. We are frequent visitors to Black Butte Ranch and always love it there. This country house was older, but well maintained. We appreciated being able to take our dog. Thanks for a great time.

Definitely a place to come back to! It was great to b able to bring our dog, who loved exploring the ranch. We enjoyed the incredible view every morning as we drank our coffee from the bistro, a two minute walk away!

Very nice condo in fantastic location. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed the spacious living area and the bedrooms were cozy.

Great location with a truly remarkable view of the Sun stereo. Watched fish being pulled out of the lake. Very comfortable condo.

Condo is located on the lake with breathtaking views of the Three Sisters. It was clean and well furnished; very vintage ‘70’s with few updates. There was a problem with heating or lack of heating in the master bedroom. The other bedroom was too hot and the master freezing. When maintenance came out they just said to check the vents. Disappointing for what the amount we spent. But overall a nice vacation.

Cozy, little home. Very welcoming to dogs, and the place is kept very clean. Beautiful views of the mountains during the day and a fireplace at night. A perfect place for exploring the outdoors as well, with miles of walking paths in a peaceful setting.

Better than expected. The home and furnishings were in good condition. We could see the extra care and cleaning that went into preparing for our visit because of the COVID restrictions.
We loved this place so much that while there we booked another week next year.

Absolutely stunning. A great time and a great place to recharge. We only stayed two nights but didn't need to drive once arrived. Enjoyed walking to the Lodge Restaurant for dinner and to the Lakeside Bistro for a latte and breakfast. The view speaks loudly and can be seen from all the living areas and the master bedroom. We will be back!

CH59 offers spectacular views. A perfect getaway for just two. The views are enjoyed from the deck, the living room, the dining room, and the master bedroom located on the upper story. It is a short walk to the lodge restaurant or to the lakeside bistro for a latte and breakfast. The location of this condo gives you the opportunity to park once you arrive until it is time to leave. We enjoyed the literature provided by the owner. It is a perfect place to "recharge".

We had a wonderful week at a lovely property overlooking the mountains. We are so grateful for the team at Black Butte Realty Group for making it such a great week!

We were absolutely thrilled with our location at #59. The view from the master bedroom and dining areas just can’t be beat—floor to ceiling views across the pond to grazing horses and mountains. Absolutely perfect. We enjoyed our sunrise coffees while watching the local elk heard move past the tennis courts before heading off into the trees :)
We loved being so close the the bike path, and we would have loved being so close to the pool if it were open/summertime.
While the condo wasn’t flashy with recent updates like some of the neighboring units, it was cute and has mid-century flair. Everything was clean and very comfortable and is stocked with most necessities you’d need for your stay. I would recommend for a couple or small family (w/kids), rather than 4 adults. The water heater worked great but was very small—my husband and I had to stagger showers in the morning or we’d run cold (4adults wouldn’t be able to get ready for the day). Other than that we loved the unit! We would love to come back!

This condo was great, and the views are spectacular. We stayed here for 4 nights and we loved every minute of it. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Had a great stay at Black butte. Howells made it very easy to locate and secure a reservation and had great communication. Thanks for helping with a wonderful weekend

We were very pleased with our choice of this condo. We have been coming to Black Butte for many years and this was our first time in this unit. We lucked out with the weather and the view was spectacular. The glassed in rooms were the best and also the deck. It would be nice to have a king sized bed and better bedding though. We plan to reserve this unit again.

We love CH 59 location and view. It desperately needs a new couch and chair in the living room. Has gotten very uncomfortable and has NO support any longer. We will keep coming back to Black Butte and renting CH 59 , but PLEASE have the homeowners think of updating this couch and chair.
